Question Wheel is designed as a browser-based tool for spinning prompts and custom entries. This page is a practical launch privacy notice, not a legal compliance certification.

Custom entries and session data

Names, notes, custom entries, and session choices are handled in the browser experience. The app uses local browser storage for saved session behavior where supported. Avoid entering private, sensitive, or regulated information into custom lists.

Analytics and ads

No analytics or advertising network is described here until it is actually added. If ads or analytics are added later, this policy should be updated before launch.

Feedback messages

If you submit the feedback form, the message, optional name, optional reply email, page URL, browser information, and selected feedback type may be emailed to avilesaccentacademy@gmail.com. Feedback delivery may use an email service provider such as Resend or FormSubmit. Do not include private personal information or sensitive group data in feedback messages.

Children and classrooms

The prompt library is positioned as all-ages friendly, but this page does not claim COPPA, FERPA, GDPR, or school-district compliance. Teachers and organizations should review the tool before classroom use.
